SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We strive to keep shipping costs down so you don't have to pay more for your coffee. If you experience any delays in receiving your order and we have not already reached out to you, please let us know! All shipping incidents are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns, and refunds are also case-by-case. These are typically only the case when the carrier is at fault for a delay or loss of package in shipping. As stated before, we will do what is fair and right to remedy any shipping related problems that may arise.
